These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration for and participation in the Travel Fit Experience – Out of Office Summer Camp 2026 (“Event”), taking place July 31 – August 2, 2026, at Footeprints Hotel, Seven Mile Beach, Negril, Jamaica.
By registering for, purchasing, attending, or participating in the Event, you (“Participant,” “Guest,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.
Travel Fit Experience – Out of Office Summer Camp 2026 is a premium experiential travel and lifestyle event designed to reconnect guests with movement, wellness, community, simplicity, culture, and outdoor living.
The Event includes curated experiences which may include, but are not limited to:
The Event schedule, experiences, programs, and activations remain subject to change at the discretion of the Travel Fit Experience.
Participation in the Event is strictly limited to individuals eighteen (18) years of age and older.
By registering, you confirm that:
Travel Fit Experience reserves the right to refuse registration or remove any participant found to have provided false information.
Registration for the Event is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

In the event of failed payment, declined transaction, or payment reversal, Travel Fit Experience reserves the right to cancel your reservation without notice.
Travel Fit Experience understands that plans may change; however, due to operational commitments, venue obligations, and experience planning, the following cancellation policy applies.
Before June 30, 2026: Participants are eligible for an 80% refund, less applicable processing fees.
July 1 – July 15, 2026: Participants are eligible for a 50% refund, less applicable processing fees.
After July 15, 2026: No refunds shall be issued.
Participant registrations may be transferred to another eligible guest up to fourteen (14) days before the Event start date, subject to official written notice to Travel Fit Experience.

The Event may include physical activities including but not limited to fitness sessions, games, recreational movement, outdoor activities, wellness programming, swimming, beach activities, and other physical experiences.
By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:
You further acknowledge that participation may involve risks including injury, illness, physical exertion, accidents, slips, falls, dehydration, weather-related conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume all such risks.
Travel Fit Experience strongly encourages all participants to obtain appropriate travel and medical insurance.
Participants are encouraged to disclose allergies, dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, or medical conditions at registration.
However, Travel Fit Experiences cannot guarantee allergen-free environments or specialized medical accommodations.
Alcoholic beverages may be available for purchase during portions of the Event.
Alcohol is not included in registration unless expressly stated.
Participants acknowledge and agree that:
Travel Fit Experience, venue partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for injury, damages, incidents, or losses arising from intoxication, alcohol misuse, or participant behavior related to alcohol consumption.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Travel Fit Experience reserves the right to remove any participant engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive, abusive, or reckless behavior without refund.
Travel Fit Experiences is a curated hospitality experience rooted in wellness, respect, connection, and community.
Participants agree to:
Travel Fit Experience reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny participation or remove any guest whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, or inconsistent with the spirit of the Event.
No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.
Accommodation arrangements are subject to the operating policies of Footeprints Hotel.
Participants shall be financially responsible for:
Travel Fit Experience is not responsible for roommate disputes, guest preferences, or hotel operational matters outside reasonable control.
Travel Fit Experiences may photograph, film, livestream, or otherwise record portions of the Event.
By attending the Event, you grant Travel Fit Experience, its affiliates, sponsors, media partners, successors, and assigns a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use your image, voice, likeness, statements, photographs, video footage, and participation for:
No additional approval or compensation shall be owed.
Participants who wish to opt out of identifiable media usage must notify Travel Fit Experience in writing prior to the Event.
Travel Fit Experience will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee exclusion from incidental group imagery.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel Fit Experience, its founders, organizers, staff, affiliates, sponsors, contractors, venue partners, and representatives shall not be liable for:
Participation in the Event is entirely at your own risk.
The total aggregate liability of Travel Fit Experience, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Participant for the Event.
You agree to release, waive, indemnify, and hold harmless Travel Fit Experience and its related parties from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, legal fees, or causes of action arising from:

Travel Fit Experience shall take commercially reasonable measures to protect participant information. Personal data shall not be sold to unrelated third parties.
Travel Fit Experience shall not be liable for delay, cancellation, modification, or interruption caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Where possible, Travel Fit Experience may, at its discretion:
Refunds under force majeure circumstances are not guaranteed.
Travel Fit Experiences reserves the right to modify:
Any modifications shall be made in the interest of delivering a high-quality guest experience.
No such changes shall constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising out of or relating to these Terms or participation in the Event, the Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith mediation in Jamaica.
If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Jamaica.
Participants agree that mediation shall be a mandatory first step prior to legal proceedings.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Jamaica.
By registering for and/or attending Travel Fit Experience – Out of Office Summer Camp 2026, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
